Bulk SMS templates on the Collstream Platform

To add a template from within the ‘New SMS Campaign’ page, fill in all of the campaign and message details and press the ‘Save Template’ button. You will then receive an option to name the template.

Supervisors can see all templates that have been set up, Associates can only see their own templates.

1-2-1 SMS templates

1-2-1 templates are controlled by our Support team. If you need any additions or amendments to your 1-2-1 templates, please email helpdesk@esendex.com.

When emailing, please specify the account that will need the template(s) adding, the message body and the Sender ID that should be displayed to the customer.
