If you download your Sent items or use the API, you will be able to see more detailed error messages for your failed messages.

Error | No failure reason available |
Description | The failure reason is unavailable to us |
Action required? | If you notice a trend, or a high percentage of messages failing for this reason, then contact support. |
Error Number | 4 |
Error | No valid subscription |
Description | In order to send this message to this recipient, the recipient needs to have subscribed and no such subscription exists |
Action required? | Contact the recipient via another method and ask them to subscribe by texting in to your account |
Error Number | 6 |
Error | Insufficient credit |
Description | You do not have enough credit to send this message |
Action required? | Contact our sales team to purchase credit or use our portal |
Error Number | 7 |
Error | No route available |
Description | We were unable to find a network to handle the destination of this message |
Action required? | Email our support team, with details of the number you are trying to reach, and we’ll investigate if we can find a way to reach it |
Error Number | 8 |
Error | Daily message limit |
Description | You have exceeded the maximum number of messages you can send per day through your account |
Action required? | Contact our sales team to see if this can be increased |

Error | No recipient specified |
Description | There is no recipient specified to whom we can send this message |
Action required? | Double check that you entered a recipient when sending |
