You may need to know your account id or reference, for using the API or just contacting our support team.

You can find this by logging in to our web portal. On the home page (you may need to click on the Esendex logo on the top left to get to this), at the bottom you will see a table of your accounts.  In the Account column you will see the account label (if set), followed by the Account reference in brackets. If there are no brackets then the Id/Reference is whatever is displayed in this column.
