To find out the access level of your existing users, login to our web portal with an administrator user, then navigate to Settings, and User management.

From here you can see a list of your users and their access level. You can use the menu to alter their permission level; details of user roles can be found here.

The only user you won’t see is the user you’re logged in as. If you need to make changes to this user, then you’ll need to login as an alternative administrator.
